Do I need to come with someone?
Most guests come alone, that's the point. You'll arrive not knowing anyone and leave with people you'll genuinely want to stay in touch with. The group is small and personally chosen.
What's actually included in the price?
Everything at the villa: accommodation, all meals, all drinks including wine, all activities, and airport transfers. The only extras are your flights to and from the destination and any personal spending you choose to do independently.
How does the booking process work?
When bookings are live simply press the Book Now button and you will be directed to our booking platform provided by Squad Trip. Select your room and pay the deposit. You can set up a payment plan or pay in instalments.
Can I share a room with a friend or partner?
Yes. The two master suites are available for solo or double occupancy and can be booked directly through the platform. Solo occupancy is £1,800pp. Double occupancy is £1,450pp each — ideal if you're travelling with a friend, a partner, or someone you don't mind sharing a bed with. Both guests book and pay individually. The shared twin room is also bookable directly at £1,000pp for two guests. If you'd like to share a private double room, email

How does room pricing work?
All rooms are priced per person. The shared twin is £1,000pp for two guests. Private doubles are £1,500pp for solo occupancy. Master suites are £1,800pp solo or £1,450pp each for two guests sharing. The master suite at double occupancy gives you the best room on the retreat at a lower per-person rate than a solo private double — ideal if you're travelling with a friend, a partner, or someone you don't mind sharing a bed with.
What if I have dietary requirements?
Tell us on your application and the chef accommodates you. We handle everything from vegetarian and vegan to allergies and intolerances. Food is the anchor of everything we do. No guest should ever have to worry about it.
What's the cancellation policy?
The £500 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat, we refund the balance in full. Inside 90 days, we'll do our best to find a replacement. If we do, you'll receive a full refund of the balance. Full terms are in your booking confirmation.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, we require all guests to have comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical, and activities. We'll ask for your policy details when you confirm your booking.
How do I get to the villa?
Fly direct to Mykonos from London Heathrow (British Airways) or Gatwick (easyJet). We'll provide full flight guidance with your booking confirmation. Private transfers from Mykonos Airport to the villa are included.
